Meet Rosemarie Oliveras

Rosemarie Oliveras was raised in Springfield, MA, and is currently residing in Agawam. She holds a bachelor's degree in psychology with a foundation in Counseling and a minor in Education from Bay Path University.

With a deep-rooted passion for working with youth and serving her community, Rosemarie currently serves as the Director of Youth Support Services for the Department of Youth Services at New North Citizens Council. In her role, she oversees a range of youth support programs that deliver wraparound services, prevention initiatives, and second-chance opportunities for young people across Springfield and surrounding cities. Her commitment to transformation and community empowerment drives her work every day.

Rosemarie believes that mistakes do not define a person’s future but can be used as a stepping stone for the future. There is purpose and power in advocacy and mentorship. She finds true joy and fulfillment in helping others succeed and in being a catalyst for positive change in her community.
