Hi there! My name is Suraya and I’m one of the newest members of the GARI project.

My biggest passions are anything to do with numbers, nature, music, and writing! Creative writing being my all time favorite.

I can come off as shy and distant at first, but ultimately it doesn't stay that way very long! My passion & yearning for community never lets it.

After joining the Gari project, both my eyes and perspective have been opened in a way that will always leave a mark on me. That will always affect my way of thinking. But with that being said; the best part about it all is the community, connections, and the family that comes along with it.

I joined GARI for a new experience and sense of belonging, and can great-fully say I have gained so much more since!
